  • To pickup your order at the studio, please select "Pick up in store" at checkout.  We will send you an email to arrange a convenient pick up time once your order is ready.

 

SHIPPING 

​

* Due to an increase in Canada Post fuel surcharges, Heartfelt has had to raise the flat rate shipping to $20.00.  If shipping your parcel costs less than $18.50, a refund will be applied.

​

  • Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours (Monday - Friday) using Canada Post. Canada Post's delivery standard is 2 - 7 days within Canada.

  • A Flat rate shipping fee of $20 applies to orders under $100, shipping within Canada.

  • Shipping within Canada is FREE for orders $100 and over.

  • Flat rate Shipping to the continental United States is $25.

  • Please contact Heartfelt to arrange International Shipping.

RETURNS  

​

  • There are NO returns on Clearance Items.

  • There are NO returns on cut wool, foundation cloth or special order items.

  • Items qualifying for return should be dropped off or mailed to the Heartfelt Studio within 5 weeks of the purchase date. 

  • Items for return must be in their original condition.
